As part of our technology expansion, we are looking for an exceptional AI Automation Engineer to build intelligent AI-powered solutions that increase productivity, automate business processes, and create competitive advantages across our organization. Position Overview As AI Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions that automate workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support commercial growth. You will work directly with management to identify business problems that can be solved using Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, workflow automation, and custom software solutions. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building practical AI applications rather than simply experimenting with AI tools. Key Responsibilities Design and develop AI-powered business applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). Build AI Agents capable of automating commercial, operational, analytical, and administrative workflows. Develop custom AI solutions using ChatGPT, Claude, and other state-of-the-art AI models. Design and implement multi-agent AI systems for business process automation. Develop Python applications integrating AI APIs and third-party platforms. Automate repetitive internal workflows across Sales, Trading, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Recruitment. Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using internal company knowledge. Integrate AI solutions with CRM systems, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and other business applications. Develop prompt engineering frameworks to improve AI performance. Build internal AI copilots for different business departments. Monitor AI model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability. Research emerging AI technologies and recommend new opportunities for implementation. Collaborate closely with management to transform business ideas into working AI products. Preferred Experience Experience building AI automation solutions for business. Experience developing autonomous AI agents. Experience with workflow automation platforms. Experience integrating AI into CRM and ERP systems. Experience working with cloud environments. Understanding of databases. Strong analytical thinking. Ability to work independently. Passion for Artificial Intelligence. Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of software development experience. Strong Python developer. Deep practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence.
