We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in the rapidly evolving field of Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), Carbon Accounting, ESG, and Decarbonization Solutions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop business opportunities for CBAM compliance and carbon accounting services.
- Engage with decision-makers in industries such as:
- Steel
- Aluminum
- Cement
- Fertilizers
- Power & Energy
- Chemicals
- Manufacturing & Export-Oriented Industries
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized sustainability and carbon management solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, exporters, industry associations, and government stakeholders.
- Track market developments, CBAM regulations, carbon pricing trends, and sustainability requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related fields.
✅ Experience in:
- Sustainability consulting
- ESG services
- Carbon accounting
- Carbon credits
- Environmental services
- Industrial sales or B2B consulting
✅ Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) of:
- CBAM regulations
- GHG Protocol
- Carbon footprint assessments
- Scope 1, Scope 2 & Scope 3 emissions
- Net Zero strategies
- Sustainability reporting
