We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave, starting in September, for a minimum of six months.
In this role, you will support our sales processes and ensure a seamless customer journey for businesses using our carbon reduction solutions. If you're passionate about sustainability, digital innovation, and customer success, this is the role for you!
Your responsibilities as a Customer Success Specialist
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our Carbon Management Division, supporting commercial activities and ensuring an efficient, data-driven sales process.
You will:
Support order processing: manage customer transactions and ensure accurate and timely delivery of insetting certificates for decarbonizing road and marine transportation;
Manage CRM & sales data: organize and maintain customer contracts, correspondence, and records, ensuring accurate reporting;
Be the key user of Decarb Desk: enhance the customer experience and contribute to platform improvements;
Collaborate with commercial, finance & product teams to ensure smooth transactions, resolve issues, and elevate service levels.

As a Front Runner you bring
Associate or Bachelor's degree (business, sustainability, digital operations, or related field);
You have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, or SaaS-related roles;
You’re proficient in CRM systems & MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
You have strong communication skills and fluency in English;
You are interested in the energy transition and sustainability sector;
Bonus points if you’ve experience with voluntary carbon markets, digital process optimization, or sustainability tech!
