Project Manager, Carbon Projects (Africa & Europe)

At eAgronom, we're helping farmers adopt sustainable agricultural practices and build high-quality carbon projects that create real climate impact.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our Verra VM0042-compliant agriculture projects across Africa and Europe.

What you'll do

• Lead the planning and delivery of carbon farming projects.
• Manage Verra certification processes, including project documentation and audits.
• Coordinate with farmers, local partners, auditors, and internal teams.
• Oversee project data collection, reporting, and soil sampling campaigns.
• Drive continuous improvements to project operations and carbon credit issuance.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including sustainability-related projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Experience in sustainable agriculture, carbon projects, or land-use initiatives is highly valued.
• Estonia-based or willing to relocate.
