As we enter a new phase of growth, we are looking for a Project Controller to continue on this journey with us.

Your role

As Project Controller, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the project schedule, as well as keeping record of the actuals; hours, cost, status and document control for both product development and deployment projects within the Operational department at Skytree. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects are controlled efficiently, reporting against time, budget spend and decision making, while meeting the required quality standards. You will work closely with the project management team, team leads, and other stakeholders.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Project Baseline Controls: developing comprehensive project execution plans, including timelines, milestones, budget, risk & opportunity and resource allocation in cooperation with project stakeholders.

  • Resource Management: identifying the required resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) and working with relevant departments to understand their needs and ensure their availability throughout the project.

  • Budget Management: assisting in preparing project budgets and tracking project expenses. Ensuring that projects are executed within the allocated budget or following budget variation protocols and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Risk Assessment: identifying potential risks and challenges that may impact the project baselines . Assisting to developing risk mitigation plans and reporting on their implementation.

  • Progress Monitoring: regularly monitoring and reporting on project progress, providing updates to stakeholders and management. Addressing any deviations from the plan promptly and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

  • Communication: facilitating effective communication within the project team and across departments. Ensuring that all team members are well-informed about project goals, tasks, and timelines.

  • Documentation: maintaining project documentation control, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: fostering positive relationships with project stakeholders, addressing their concerns, and keeping them informed about project progress.

  • Continuous Improvement: proactively identifying opportunities to enhance project planning processes and project delivery method.
